What you pay

$0 to build the site. $250 a month for Premium hosting, for 24 months. Card or ACH autopay through Stripe.

What Premium hosting includes

Same-business-day response, a monthly live check-in, up to 3 hours of small content or design updates a month, up to 5 professional email addresses, proactive vulnerability patching and oversight of your third-party integrations.

What leaving early costs

You can leave early. The build fee you would owe starts at $2,500 and drops by about $104 for every month you stay, and you also pay a flat $500. Leave after 12 months and you owe $1,250 plus $500. The table below shows every month.

How It Works

A custom site is a large first bill for a small business. This offer moves that cost into your monthly hosting plan. You get the same Intermediate website and the same Premium hosting we sell separately, and you start with nothing to pay for the build.

The trade is time. You commit to 24 months of Premium hosting. If your plans change, you can leave, and the cost of leaving is in the table below.

Here is what you are agreeing to.

The build is not free. The 24-month hosting commitment pays for it. This is how that works.

Your commitment

Website build plus 24-month Premium hosting.

Term: 24 months of Premium hosting at $250 a month. The term starts at launch, or 90 days after we tell you the site is ready, whichever comes first.
Build: one Intermediate website, 6 to 10 pages. Anything outside that scope is quoted before we start it.
Payment: card or ACH autopay through Stripe.
After month 24: hosting continues month to month at the then-current Premium rate. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

If you leave early

Spelled out before you sign.

Exit fee: the build fee still owed, plus a flat $500. The build fee starts at $2,500 and drops by about $104 for every month of hosting you complete. After month 24 there is no exit fee.
Hosting: paid through your last month and not refunded.
Your files: after your exit payment clears, we deliver a full export of your site files and content within one week.
If we fall short: if we breach the agreement, for example through extended downtime or missed response times, no exit fee applies.

The build fee still owed is $2,500 × (24 − months completed) ÷ 24. After month 24 there is no exit fee.

Who This Fits

Good for businesses that plan to be around for the next two years.

It fits if you want a professional site now, prefer a steady monthly cost to a large upfront one, and expect to keep the site for at least 24 months. It does not fit if you may close, sell or move providers within two years. In that case a one-time build package costs less, and we will tell you so.

Straight answers

Is the website really free?

No. There is no charge to build it, but you commit to 24 months of Premium hosting. That commitment pays for the build.

What if I want to leave?

You can leave anytime. We do have an early exit fee to recoup the time and costs we put into the project.

What counts as a small update?

Edits to existing pages, such as text, images, hours and prices, up to three hours per month. New pages and new features are quoted separately.

Can I move to a bigger plan later?

Yes. If you upgrade to Ultimate hosting, your original 24 months and build-fee schedule continue, and you pay the new monthly rate from the upgrade onward.

Who owns my website?

You own your content and domain. When you leave, you get an export of the site files and content.
