Kinetic Edge Design
Privacy policy
Effective October 12, 2026
This policy explains how Kinetic Edge Design handles information when you use our websites (kineticedge.design and thirdcoastvoice.com), contact us, work with us on a design or hosting project, call a number answered by our virtual receptionist, or call a business that uses Third Coast Voice, our AI phone receptionist service.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form on either site, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, business name, project or plan selections, and message. If you email us, we receive your address and the contents of your email.
For design and hosting work, we may receive business contact details, project requirements, proposals and agreements, billing records, website copy and images, domain information, and access to accounts or services you authorize us to manage.
When we host or support a client website or application, the service may also hold that site's content, visitor submissions, database records, backups, and technical logs. The client decides what its site collects from its visitors and is responsible for explaining those practices to them.
When you call, we may receive your phone number, the information you share during the call, and a call summary or transcript produced by the phone service. If you ask for a follow-up, we may use the contact details you give us to respond. You can ask us to correct your contact information. If you book a meeting on a call, the virtual receptionist collects your name, email address, callback number, and what you want to discuss. It sends them to Cal.com, which schedules the meeting and emails you a confirmation with a video link. The booking is also added to the owner's calendar.
If you use the chat assistant on this site, we receive the questions you type and the answers it gives, along with a hashed form of your IP address that we use to limit how many messages can be sent. We keep chat conversations for 30 days and then delete them. The conversation also stays in your browser tab until you close it. Please don't enter sensitive personal information in the chat.
Our website and hosting providers may receive technical information such as an IP address, browser details, and request logs when delivering a site. Your browser loads fonts from Google. If you choose a light or dark theme on either site, that preference is stored in your browser.
How we use information
We use inquiry and client information to respond, prepare proposals, plan and deliver design work, communicate about projects, provide support, manage accounts and billing, and maintain business records. We may use client materials and authorized account access to build, publish, update, and maintain the client's website or application.
For hosted sites, we use site data and technical logs to run the service, monitor availability and security, make backups, troubleshoot problems, and restore service when needed. We access information submitted to a client site only to provide the agreed service or respond to that client's instructions. We do not use a client's visitor data to market Kinetic Edge Design to those visitors.
We also use call information to respond to inquiries and route urgent calls. We may email call details to the business owner. A call or contact form submission does not enroll callers or website visitors in SMS messages.
Client data and portfolio use
Content, form submissions, and account data entered into a client's website, and call information received by a client's Third Coast Voice service (“Client Data”), remain the client's property. We treat Client Data as confidential and maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. If our service agreement ends, the client may request an export of Client Data in a commonly usable format, such as CSV. We provide it within 30 days of a written request, as set out in the agreement.
Our service agreement permits us to identify a client, link to the client's website, and use screenshots of its public-facing pages in our portfolio, website, and social media. This permission does not cover confidential Client Data, such as form submissions or nonpublic account or financial information. A client may withdraw portfolio permission at any time by written notice to info@kineticedge.design. We remove the client reference from our materials within 30 days of that notice.
Third Coast Voice
Third Coast Voice is our AI phone receptionist service for businesses. When you call a business that uses it, an AI agent answers on that business's behalf. The service receives your phone number and what you say on the call, and produces a transcript and a summary. If the business has turned on call recording, the service also keeps a recording of the call. If you ask for a meeting, the agent collects your name, email address, callback number, and what you want to discuss, and books the meeting on that business's calendar.
We send call details to the business you called by email, and by text message if the business has enrolled its own mobile number for alerts. If you ask for an urgent connection, the agent transfers your call to a number the business chose. We use call information only to provide the service to that business, fix problems, and keep the service secure. We do not use it to market to callers, and we do not sell it.
Call information belongs to the business you called and is that business's Client Data. The business decides how it uses the information and is responsible for any notice its callers need, such as a notice that calls are recorded. For questions about a call, or to ask for correction or deletion, contact that business first; we will work with them on the request.
SMS call alerts
Our SMS program sends brief call alerts only to the business owner's enrolled mobile number. Alerts may include a caller's name, phone number, and a short description of the request. Message frequency varies with call volume; message and data rates may apply. Third Coast Voice clients who choose text alerts receive them the same way, only on mobile numbers they enroll. Callers and website visitors are not subscribed to this program.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Our service providers may process this information only to operate and support the messaging service.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, backups, monitoring, email, and form delivery. Formspree delivers the contact forms on both sites. Twilio and Vapi support the phone and messaging systems, including Third Coast Voice, and Vapi uses speech recognition, voice, and AI language model providers to understand callers and reply. Cal.com schedules meetings booked by phone. Cloudflare runs the chat assistant, and Anthropic's Claude writes its answers from the content of this site. A client project may also use third-party tools or integrations the client asks us to connect. These providers may process the information needed for their services. We do not sell inquiry, client project, or hosted site visitor data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of our services.
Retention and your choices
We keep information as long as needed to handle an inquiry, deliver and support a service, maintain backups and business records, and meet legal obligations. When a client service ends, the client may request an export as described above or contact us about deleting project data. Backup copies and records may remain for a limited time as part of normal operations or legal requirements.
You can ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you provided to Kinetic Edge Design by emailing us. If your information was submitted to a client's website, contact that client first; we will work with them on requests involving the site we host.
